COOK IN WOOD smoking BBQ chips is an innovative product, ideal for preparing barbecue and barbecue dishes on a charcoal or gas barbecue to give your barbecue food a special taste.
It is a pure natural product, made from oak barrels used for the ageing of wines and liqueurs from the Marche region of La Rioja, the rest of Spain, France and Portugal. A patented production process allows the preservation of the most important culinary characteristics such as taste and aroma.

COOK IN WOOD BBQ chips are suitable for all dishes: Meat, vegetable and fish dishes as well as for dessert, pizza etc...

Brandy is a drink with a high alcohol content between 36-40°, obtained by desilling wine. Its design is based on the heating and evaporation of the alcohol in the wine, and subsequent recovery of the brandy in oak barrels. After preparation, the barrel is emptied so that the taste and smell of liquor remains captured in the wood.

Barrels are turned into chips, which are soaked with brandy and give a special flavor that is perfect for barbecues  or gas ovens.

The Brandy is ideal for any course by giving different colour, flavour and taste to food.

Usage


Soak the desired amount of aromatic woods in water for about 30 -60 minutes. Then pour away the excess water.
Pour the pre-soaked aroma chips without water into a perforated grill or smoking bowl.

Charcoal grill:
Place the bowl with the pre-soaked Aromachips directly on the embers.

Gas barbecue: Place the perforated tray (stainless steel box optionally available from us) with the pre-soaked smoking chips before lighting in the built-in drawer for smoker chips (if available), or according to the operating instructions of the gas barbecue manufacturer.

As soon as the chips start smoking, start the grilling process with your barbecue food.
